Trey and Ellie are seriously injured and rushed to the hospital. Connie considers fleeing Port Charles, but her maternal instincts kick in about her son.

Starr confronts Johnny as Todd and Carly arrive, and when Carly learns the truth, she tears into Johnny. Later, Johnny speaks out that Todd is another criminal.

Hoping to wash away their individual pain, Maxie and Spinelli have sex. Afterwards, Maxie tries to tell Spinelli that she miscarried, only to be interrupted by a phone call from Ellie. Spinelli interrupts, unaware Sabrina is calling from the hospital.

Steve asks Olivia to marry him -- and she says yes! Still uneasy about her visions, Olivia confides in Lulu again, who confirms that the dog she saw exists.

Todd and Carly discuss their relationship and agree to be official.

Sabrina tells Elizabeth about the electric moment she almost shared with Patrick.
