Michael takes Starr to the hospital and notifies Dante of Connie’s attack. Meanwhile, Trey says goodbye to Connie but when Kristina wonders about the trunk, Connie takes off in the car! Michael, Starr, Trey and Kristina pile in the car in pursuit. Later, Connie barrels down the road but slams on her breaks when she sees someone in the road, causing an accident with Michael’s car. Who has been hurt?

Maxie urges Ellie to reconsider ending her relationship with Spinelli. Staying home to rest, Maxie opens the door to a funny little visitor -- only for her to trip and fall when he runs around the apartment. Later, Maxie learns she has had a miscarriage.

Ellie heeds Maxie’s advice and takes to the road -- ready to meet Spinelli on the hospital roof at midnight! But she ends up stranded by the side of the road. Meanwhile, Spinelli awaits for Ellie, but she never shows up.

Olivia is confused by her visions ... but later, she and Steve kiss happily. Meanwhile, Dante and Lulu celebrate NYE and their future family.

Sabrina babysits Emma, and she informs Sabrina of her dislike of Britt. Meanwhile, Patrick hopes to take Britt to the Haunted Star New Year's Eve party, but several new patients force Britt to reschedule.

Todd escorts Carly to the New Year's Eve Haunted Star party. They end up discussing Connie and Johnny, and Todd wonders if Carly is really over Johnny. Later, Todd and Carly kiss.
