Anna is confused when Robert and McBain share that Obrecht called Duke. He maintains his innocence, but Robert and McBain work together to prove their theory. With Faison exposed, McBain arrests him, as Anna reacts to betrayal.

When Maxie breaks out in hives, Lulu worries Maxie will not be a viable surrogate. Luckily, it's just a food allergy. They're ready to start making a baby!

Josslyn runs to Johnny, expressing how much she misses him, despite Carly's icy distance. Todd arrives in time to prevent Johnny from talking, but Johnny admits to Connie later he intends to turn himself in.

Alexis and Kristina surprise Sam with Christmas preparations, and they are in turn surprised by Trey, now delivering Christmas trees. Kristina agrees to consider moving to Los Angeles with Trey. Meanwhile, Sam holds faith that one day, Jason will return to her and Danny.

Molly and TJ are thrilled to learn her book will be published ... until they realize Connie Falconeri is on the title page. Molly asks Alexis to sue Connie.
