Anna is poised to make a major discovery. Duke and Anna reminisce and grow closer over a meal. They kiss. Anna tells Duke that Robert returned to town per a call from Luke.

Meanwhile, Robert and Lulu meet with Steve and Olivia. Steve brings Elizabeth in to work with Olivia. Elizabeth and Robert make a shocking discovery.

Tracy is dismayed to discover that AJ has been freed on bail. Sam reminds Michael that Sonny and Carly love him. She understands the lure of wanting to know his biological father; she felt the same about hers. Sam and Michael are both shocked when AJ bursts in.

Maxie reveals her love to Spinelli. Sabrina's mortified when Patrick overhears her talking about her crush on a "brilliant and gorgeous" doctor.
