Jason saves the baby just as Heather jumps off the roof of GH. She's terribly injured – but alive. They rush her to surgery, and Sam is reunited with her son.

Meanwhile, Tea attempts to see Victor, Jr., but McBain forces Todd to tell her the truth: that baby boy is not her son. Her son is dead.

Elizabeth falls to pieces at her hand in keeping Sam from her son, just as Steve struggles with the terrible acts of his mother.

Assisting in Heather's triage, Sabrina overhears Heather tell Anna again that Robin is alive. Later, Sabrina tells Patrick what she heard.
