Sam and Jason are horrified and try to reason with Heather. Even when Dante arrives to help, Heather cannot be swayed to give up the baby. As Anna and the PCPD surround GH, Heather loses it, and she jumps from the roof with the baby.

Anna and McBain question Todd over his knowledge of Heather's hotel room. Before he can tell Tea the truth about their connection, they are called to GH.

Dante and Steve take care of Olivia, and Epiphany is shocked to discover Olivia's hallucinations came true – as well as news that Tea's baby is actually Sam's.

Duke gets an update on Robin and plots his next move with Anna, whom he genuinely hopes to win over. We discover he has another “patient” in Port Charles – Joe Scully, Jr.

Luke and Tracy console each other over their rocky relationships. Meanwhile, Dante and Lulu continue to try to conceive a baby!
