As Jason and Sam come out of their kiss, divorce papers tumble out of Sam's purse. Jason is jolted – and is further interrupted when McBain contacts him re: Victor, Jr.,'s DNA sample. Sam is left wondering if their kiss was an aberration.

Later, Carly and Sam share a heart to heart as McBain and Jason work together to determine if Tea's baby is really Sam's. Liz offers to help.

Panicked by Connie, Johnny asks Todd for help. Todd agrees to get rid of Connie – if Johnny can locate Heather Webber before the cops do.

Sonny is puzzled by "Kate's" tacky wedding plans. Later, "Kate" refuses to make love – demanding they wait until their wedding night. Meanwhile, Maxie complains to Mac that "Kate" is acting weird and driving her crazy.

As Dr. W tries to charm Patrick during their date, Sabrina has her hands full with an upset Emma. We realize Dr. W is not such a nice lady.

Anna questions Todd about Heather's whereabouts – but he swears he has no connection to her. Anna and John troubleshoot together.
