John takes a sick Sam to the hospital, leaving her at Jason's side.

Steve tries to save Ewen, but his time is short. Ewen asks to see Patrick, and after saying Robin's name only, Ewen dies. Patrick wonders what he was going to say.

Sonny and Jax attack one another in this moment of stress, but Johnny manages to mediate between the men. Meanwhile, Todd notices that Tracy is not sick, and he encourages her to let GH/CDC investigate why.

Later, Port Charles' 1% gets a call from Jerry Jax, and they plan a trade-off for the antiserum.
