After a struggle, a wounded Jason and Elizabeth escape Ewen, and they are all taken to GH. Jason and Liz have a fraught moment as she bandages his wound. Meanwhile, McBain and Sam team up to search for the Dead Man's Hand.

Todd gathers the richest Port Charles citizens (Carly, Johnny, Sonny, and Tracy) at the Quartermaine house in hopes everyone will contribute to Jerry Jax's ransom of the antiserum. Meanwhile, everyone is getting sick ... except Tracy.

Jax breaks out Jerry from PCPD in hopes to get the antidote, only to be overtaken by Joe Scully, Jr. Later, the Port Charles 1%, assembled by Todd, arrive, only to learn Jerry is missing.

Despite the Haunted Star being looted, Johnny's only focus is Carly. Meanwhile, Sonny almost tells Kate her son is still alive. Later Kate realizes that Ewen was guilt-ridden about Jerry when he counseled her.
