Jax tries to reason with his brother, Jerry, to help find an antidote for the poisoned water supply. Jerry refuses, but is not happy to see Jax there, thinking he was detained in Asia. McBain urges Dante not to negotiate with a terrorist, and Jason suggests a more immediate way to deal with Jerry. Jerry is carted off to jail. Dante orders the police to maintain order in Port Charles, as the city has been quarantined. <br><br>
Patrick tries to protect Elizabeth without letting Ewen know he’s the one from whom Liz is being protected. Ewen swears he didn't know anything about Jerry's plot. They plan to call the police. At EOD, Jason comes to check on Liz. <br><br>
Todd confesses to Carly that he was duped by Jerry and gave him access to the airwaves to broadcast his message. Carly and Todd are relieved to learn that Starr and Michael are away and out of danger, but must consider the possibility that they themselves may be dying. Todd is strong and a comfort for Carly, who admits he’s come to mean a lot to her.<br><br>
Starr and Michael figure out that Trey and Kristina are in Vegas to get married. They try to stop them, but it's too late!<br><br>
Sonny comes upon Joe Jr. with Kate and orders him out of town. Sonny vows to Kate that they will stop Jerry and live to dance at their wedding.
