Loved ones gather at the hospital, praying for Alexis and Josslyn. Later, Alexis and Josslyn's fevers break, and they stabilize.

Jason continues to press Ewen, but Liz defends him. Ewen warns Jerry. Later – Jerry announces to Joe, Jr., he has bigger plans for Port Charles.

Johnny prays in the chapel, trying to atone for his murders. Starr interrupts – and Johnny comes close to unburdening his guilt, but does not get the chance.

Trey tries to admit the truth to Kristina, but is interrupted by a doctor. He tries to call off the hoax wedding, but his father gets angry.

Shawn rushes Molly to Alexis's bedside, where the Davis sisters keep vigil. Later, Shawn leads everyone in prayer – and Ewen joins them, unseen.
