Heather is stunned to hear Todd hired Sam at The Sun; she suspects Sam is a spy. Meanwhile, Spinell tells Olivia not to give up hope on Heather dish.

As Johnny feels secretly guilty, Kate expresses her guilt publicly. Later, Kate has a flash, telling Sonny she remembers something.

Kristina, Trey and crew show up outside Kate's courtroom. Kristina assumes Sonny has committed another crime, and that Alexis is again defending her father. Trey tries to exploit Kate and makes plans to do the same with Starr.

Starr records a new album track, as Michael sits mesmerized as does Johnny. Later, Michael and Starr share a close moment interrupted by the camera crew.

Maxie confronts Patrick about his budding pill addiction, but he refuses to admit to a problem. Later, Maxie eyes a fallen pill unconvinced.
