Sam explodes at Jason for having John beat up. Jason explains he just sent his thugs to give John a warning, but they went too far - his intention was never to beat them up. Sam, emotional off her baby's death, tells Jason he's the reason the baby died! Jason leaves and later tells Elizabeth about his son's death and that he's lost Sam.

We meet Trey, Kristina's reality show producer, Trey. Kristina tells Trey she doesn't want to do the show anymore, her sister just lost her baby. Trey tries to coax Kristina back into the project. Alexis meets Trey & questions legal documents in regards to filming. Wiley Trey pushes Kristina's buttons about her mother trying to control her. Alexis almost convinces Kristina to stop, but pissed Kristina (riled up thanks to Trey's button pushing) tells the cameras to roll.

Ewen is cleared to go home. Patrick credits Elizabeth, Epiphany & Matt for his return to work. Elizabeth catches a wobbly half dressed Ewen, they kiss. Steve walks in & witnesses.

Alexis explains the consequences to Matt when he signs that statement, has arranged for him to get his affairs in order before leaving for Pentonville to serve time for Lisa's death. Matt calls Patrick. Patrick goes to see Matt at the PCPD. At The Floating Rib, Maxie interrupts the near Mac & Felicia kiss with woes over Matt. Maxie still blames Spinelli for everything. Matt & Patrick stop in. Matt tells all he's off to Pentonville for 5 years, tells Maxie she can get an annulment. Spinelli arrives to hear that Matt's leaving. Matt leaves for jail. Maxie tells all she's not annulling her marriage.

Spinelli and Olivia continue to investigate Heather. Heather has the DNA document that proves Jason is the father of Sam's baby (Not Franco). Steve surprises her, and talks about Sam's baby. We see how Heather was able to switch the DNA results.
