Jason is further delayed from making things right with Sam after terse encounters with John and Anna. Sam is affected by seeing Tea's baby, but Todd manages to get Tea away. The cause of death for Sam's baby doesn't match medical information that would be true of Sam, the supposed mother, which tweaks Sam a bit. John visits Sam. Heather reveals she's been holding onto the ACTUAL results of Sam's baby's paternity test - it's actually Jason's! That means Todd switched Jason and Sam's baby! Meanwhile, Todd and Heather agree to keep quiet.

Anna takes the job as police commissioner. Luke and Anna have a close moment, as do Mac and Felicia.
