Sam wakes up to a horrible reality - her baby is dead. She wonders why McBain disappeared when she expected him to take her to the hospital. Meanwhile Todd has a nightmare in which Tea learns the truth that he switched her dead baby with Sam's. Jason takes a guilty vigil by Sam's bedside. Alexis arrives angry at Jason. Alexis, Kristina and Molly hear all about Sam's tale of giving birth. Sam and Tea come face-to-face, while Jason and McBain face off and Heather wants to talk to Todd.

Alexis is less than thrilled to find "Mob Princess" reality cameras rolling when she wakes up. She and Kristina argue.

Olivia and Spinelli dig deeper in regards to Heather, but Heather is onto their suspicions. Heather tries to see Luke, and throw suspicion for Anthony's death onto Tracy.

Maxie wakes up to discover Matt missing. She rushes to the police station, where Matt has told Dante that he killed Lisa. Maxie tries to shut him up, but Matt is ready to give his statement.
