Manny Ruiz: Over the years, there have been many mobsters to cross Port Charles and make enemies of Sonny and Jason. Manny was unique in that his obsession with Sam McCall took things to another level. Particularly when he caused a train full of Port Charlesians to crash just so he could further terrorize Sam. Ultimately, Manny met his end at the hands of Jason, who threw him off a roof. Ooops.
