They're kooky and spooky and....well, just evil. And often times psychotic to boot, but that's negotiable. Let's look back on GH's best supervillains!
Jerry Jacks: Jerry started off as a total good guy! Sure, he was a bit of a rogue when he arrived in Port Charles as the more trouble-prone brother of Jasper Jacks. But he was very sweet to Bobbie Spencer, even if their relationship couldn't work out due to his legal troubles. Years later, however, Jerry returned to Port Charles with a new face and an ultra-villainous disposition. Since then, he's taken the entire Metro Court hotel hostage, attempted to kill numerous people, and has set loose a virus into the Port Charles water supply!
