GH's Most Notorious Supervillains

Cesar Faison: Faison's dangerous obsession with Anna Devane led to many cat-and-mouse chases, not only around Port Charles but the world. After one successful kidnapping of Anna, Robert Scorpio chased them to South America, and all three were presumed dead in a boat explosion. But surprise, Faison turned up alive (as did Robert and Anna, later on) when we saw him helping Helena Cassasine abduct and brainwash Lucky Spencer. Fun fact: Cesar crossed over to the ABC soap Loving, where he chased Ava and Jeremy around Universal Studios, forcing Ava to hide in the King Kong ride.
