General Hospital's Biggest Paternity Crises

Jake Spencer: One of the most heart-wrenching paternity storylines in GH history. Elizabeth conceived Jake after a one-night stand with Jason, after she found out Lucky was cheating on her. Lucky cleaned up his act, and he and Liz were reunited, but Jason was always there. The truth came out, eventually, but Jason's mob life led him to relinquish his rights as a father and let Lucky raise him. Tragically, Jake was later hit by a car and killed, and all three of his parents grieved.
