Character Bio

Connie Falconeri had high fashion dreams, but a girl from Bensonhurst wasn't likely to achieve them. So she changed her name to Kate Howard, made up a backstory and slammed the door on a future with first love Sonny Corinthos. Flash forward years later and Kate's past has Connie has been exposed. Which means everyone knows about the past. What do you do when you're forced to be yourself for the first time in years?

Actor Bio

Kelly joined the cast of General Hospital in September 2011 as fashionista and magazine editor Kate Howard whose ties run deep with family from the "old neighborhood," including Sonny and Olivia.

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Kelly grew up dancing in ballet companies and singing in school choirs. In high school, she garnered awards and accolades for her voice, earning her a full scholarship to Arizona State University, where she graduated with honors. Upon graduation in 2000, she moved to New York City to pursue her dream of performing on Broadway. Over the past 11 years, she has worked extensively on and off Broadway, regionally, and in Europe. Her television credits include One Life to Live, As The World Turns, and Law and Order.

She moved to Los Angeles in January of 2011, and lives in Santa Monica with her boyfriend, actor Eric Schneider, and their two therapy dogs. She enjoys surfing, hiking, and rock climbing.
