103206_2358 -- DANCING WITH THE STARS - "Episode 106" - Kelly Monaco was crowned Ballroom Dance Champion, when "Dancing with the Stars" aired its dazzling conclusion, WEDNESDAY, JULY 6 (9:00-10:01 p.m., ET) LIVE, on the ABC Television Network. It all came down to this... a dance-off between the multitalented John O'Hurley (and his partner, Charlotte Jorgensen) and "General Hospital" star Kelly Monaco (and her partner, Alec Mazo). Each couple performed its most memorable routine of the series: John and Charlotte performed their quickstep routine, while Kelly and Alec reprised their samba. Each couple also did a freestyle dance which, unlike previous dances, was free of any rules or restrictions. And in grand finale fashion, all of the previously eliminated celebrities returned to perform one last time.
