The cast of ABC Family's Baby Daddy showed up for the premiere. The show stars Melissa Peterman, Tahj Mowry, Derek Theler, Chelsea Kane and Jean-Luc Bilodeau. Chelsea competed in Season 12 of Dancing with the Stars and Melissa can also be seen hosting the upcoming ABC series, Bet on Your Baby.
